The program involves a comprehensive leadership and wellbeing journey that spans across several phases. This program is designed to empower you with deep insights, personalised guidance, and a supportive community. Here's a detailed breakdown of your s.days Women's Leadership and Wellbeing Program experience:
1. Gallup Clifton Strength Finder Survey: Kick off your journey by delving into a self-discovery process with the Gallup Clifton Strength Finder Survey. Gain insights into your unique strengths, laying the foundation for a personalised growth trajectory.
2. Executive Coaching Session 1: Receive individualised guidance from a seasoned executive coach who specialises in unlocking leadership potential. This initial session aims to understand your career aspirations, challenges, and tailor a roadmap for your personal and professional development.
3. Virtual Kick-off Workshop: Join an interactive virtual workshop where you'll meet fellow participants, creating a vibrant community committed to growth. Together, we will set the stage for a transformative experience as you explore shared goals and expectations.
4. Three-Day Leadership and Wellbeing Retreat at Spring Bay Mill: Immerse yourself in a holistic program during this three-day retreat at the breath-taking Spring Bay Mill on Tasmania's East Coast. Against the backdrop of coastal charm, engage in workshops, discussions, and activities that blend leadership development with wellbeing, fostering an optimal learning environment.
5. Executive Coaching Session 2: Continue your learning journey with a second executive coaching session. Building on the insights gained during the retreat, this session will enable you to refine your personal development strategies, address existing or emerging challenges, and propel you further along your path of leadership discovery and growth.
6. Virtual Participant Connect: Reconnect with your peers in a virtual setting. Share success stories, exchange learnings, and celebrate achievements. This session reinforces the sense of community, providing ongoing support and inspiration beyond the Retreat.

The total cost of the program (including all meals and accommodation at Spring Bay Mill, is $4,495 (plus GST) per participant. Please note, we will accept a maximum of two participants per organisation to ensure we create diverse networking and learning opportunities for all. Places are limited so secure your place now!
