S.days recognises that humans can’t sprint forever.
To perform at our best, we must give ourselves time to rest, recover and refresh.
Slow down to speed up.
Space to breathe… properly.
Intentional slow days.
S.days
"In the relentless pursuit of success, leaders and organisations must recognise the transformative power inherent in the deliberate practice of slowing down.
Now, more than ever, investing in 'slow days' (s.days) is not just a commitment to sustaining individual wellbeing but a strategic imperative for making informed and resilient business decisions."
Lauren Jauncey. Founder.
Leaders who love S.days are leaders (or potential leaders) wanting to grow and gain a deeper understanding of what it means to build resilience in the context of authentic and wholesome leadership.
In particular, s.days helps mid-level to senior women leaders keen to progress in their careers, expand their support network and improve overall wellbeing.
We know that some of the most profound leadership lessons come from unexpected places. In 2024 we launched the Game Changers Leadership Breakfast Series with Matildas star, Tameka Yallop. We got to hear first hand how the Matildas became game changers for women in sport across the globe.
Our vision is to bring Tasmanians game changing stories from across the globe to help inspire and grow our current and future leaders.
Stay tuned to hear who our Game Changer will be for 2025!
We ran two retreats in 2024 and they were so successful that we are doing it all again in 2025... this is an exclusive leadership and wellbeing experience meticulously crafted for senior and high-potential women leaders. This program offers a rare opportunity to forge connections, enhance wellbeing, and fortify leadership capabilities and confidence. It includes a series of 1 on 1 and peer coaching sessions as well as a 3 day / 2 night leadership and wellbeing offsite to be held at Spring Bay Mill on the beautiful East Coast of Tasmania. Next retreat is happening Wed 19th to Fri 21st March.
We are loving life when we are supporting leaders and organisations to improve their approach to:
s.days acknowledges the Tasmanian Aboriginal People who are the traditional custodians of the lands on which we live and work. We pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging.
